Repair Warranty

1st Place Auto Collision warrants all repair work against defects in materials and workmanship. Any written warranty provided at time of pickup will be designated as a “Limited Warranty” in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §2302). Warranty coverage and duration varies by repair type and will be specified in writing at the time of your repair authorization. Warranty service will be performed within a reasonable time after claim submission. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, subsequent damage, or damage caused by neglect or misuse after delivery. To make a warranty claim, contact us directly at the information below.

Estimates Are Not Contracts

Any estimate provided through this Site or in response to a form submission is a preliminary assessment only and is not a binding contract or guarantee of final cost. Final pricing is determined after a physical inspection of the vehicle.
