When you submit our estimate request form, we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• Type of service needed
• Whether you are going through insurance
• A description of the damage or additional notes you choose to provide

We do not collect payment information through this website. This website does not set its own tracking cookies. Third-party services integrated into this site (Formspree, Google Maps, Google Fonts) may independently collect limited technical data as described in the Third-Party Services section below.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit through our contact form is used solely to respond to your estimate request and to communicate with you about your vehicle repair. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Formspree — acts as a service provider that processes form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to our email. Formspree does not use your data for its own marketing purposes. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps — embedded on our contact page to display our location. Google may collect data as described in their Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts— fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Loading fonts from Google's CDN transmits your IP address to Google as part of the network request. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your service request or respond to your inquiry. We do not maintain databases of customer personal information beyond operational records.

Do Not Track Signals: Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not track users across third-party websites.
